In case of cancellation, once the shipment has already been dispatched or returned by the customer, the refund is processed once the products received are verified at the warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same bank account, within 24-48 business hours of receiving the order or items back at the warehouse. It may take up to an additional 2-3 days for the refund to be reflected in the bank account.
- For cash-on-delivery payments, a refund will be initiated for the bank transfer on the billing details provided by the customer. The process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the items and the bank details by email. It may take up to an additional 2-3 days for the refund to be reflected in the bank account.

- What if I use discount vouchers or loyalty points during my purchase and due some reason, I have to cancel my order. What happens to my loyalty points?
- The discount vouchers or loyalty points will be considered used if the order is returned, as they are intended for one-time use only.
- If you have redeemed the loyalty points during the payment of an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation of the respective order.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
One Rep More reserves the right to a No Refund Policy. Instead, the company offers an exchange or replacement policy, only if the order has been tampered with or damaged.
In addition to this, in case of destruction of bottle lid or physical structure of products, the product is eligible for return or replacement, if informed within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, that the breakage of the induction seal will not be entertained or taken into consideration, when in terms of this policy.
We have a no cash refund policy which means no monetary refunds will be made, only an exchanges policy — which states that you can only exchange for a new identical item (same or different product) rather than get a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
